Plano, TX – When Park Place Lexus selected the Spring Creek location to for their new dealership, we teamed up with Emily Owens Design Group and Good Fulton & Farrell Architects to complete interior construction drawings and FF&E selections.  The result harkens more to a luxury hotel lobby than a car showroom.  The display floor shows a unique porcelain plank tile pattern with varying tonal colors, widths, and lengths.  Custom ceiling light sources hidden by curved fabric wrapped panels illuminate the vehicles below.  Feature display and reception walls are clad with warm woods and iridescent wallcoverings, while the sales offices and customer lounge exude comfort with carpet and rugs that are both plush and functional.  Both the customer and employee food service areas operate with thoughtfully designed millwork stations, providing for optimal circulation and visual accessibility to other showroom departments.  Large, comfortable leather and wood furnishings accompanied by low, sophisticated lighting create a relaxing environment for both employees and customers alike.
